In terms of growing environment, the XJ-13 is adaptive. It can grow on either soil gardens or hydroponic setups. However, for higher tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content, planting it in hydroponic setups in indoor gardens is a better option.
There are two methods which can be used in growing this strain: Sea of Green (SOG) and Screen of Green (SCROG). In SOG, the plant is forced to flower early, and the vegetative stage only lasts for two weeks. This method is better done if you want to harvest your plants earlier than normal. The SCROG used similar methods as the SOG. However, there is an added use of a screen to maximize exposure to light. The screens used are usually nylon nets or chicken coop wires.
